01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and efbet ("efbet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the efbet website located at efbet.bid, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and any other features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

efbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of efbet services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) efbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. efbet employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, efbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

efbet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All funds deposited into your efbet account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. efbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, efbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

11 Account Suspension & Termination

efbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements. efbet is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms.

12 Governing Law

Any dispute arising between you and efbet that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
